The company was founded in August 2024 by Aarti Gupta and Shivani Tiwari and has delivered exhibition and event programmes for more than 100 brands across industrial manufacturing, water technology, pharmaceuticals, engineering and consumer sectors. Every project is handled end to end: 3D concept and material specification, in-house fabrication and finishing, transport, on-site installation and supervised dismantling after the show closes.
A typical exhibition stall moves through four stages. First the brief: floor area, venue regulations, sightlines, the products being shown and the visitor journey the brand wants. Second, 3D design, where the stand is modelled and revised until the layout, branding and lighting are approved. Third, fabrication in the workshop, covering carpentry, metal framing, panelling, printing and electricals, with quality checks before anything leaves. Fourth, installation, where the team manages venue entry formalities, build-up scheduling, electrical connections and finishing touch-ups so the stand is ready before doors open.
Most custom stalls take three to five weeks from an approved brief to installation. Urgent shows can be compressed depending on stall size and venue access. Corporate events follow a similar path, with venue selection and stage design replacing fabrication drawings, and rehearsals ahead of the live day.
